K2 Systems now offer for existing and new customer 3CX Phone System Support Pakage 

Our packages cover you and your clients – ensuring that we’re there when you and your clients need us most. Our support team provides best-of-breed technical expertise, providing you with the peace of mind you need to deploy VoIP solutions to your client base.

Each package is valid for 1 year and may be renewed annually. Monthly plans are also available. We will assist with diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of reported issues. The scope of our support covers your phone system, phones, gateways, adapters, including but not necessarily limited to the following:

  • System design, configuration and migration
  • Maintenance, system upgrades, disaster recovery
  • Phone, Gateway or Adapter configuration and troubleshooting
  • Incoming and Outgoing call flow design
  • Configuration of local and remote extensions
  • Firewall and Network configuration help
  • Working with hardware vendors and 3CX on your behalf
  • Customization of phone templates for specific needs
  • Feature and configuration training
  • Interoperability issues
